Tony's Towing

My leased 2019 Subaru Impreza "died" suddenly on the way into town on a Saturday and spent a number of frustrating hours with a couple of roadside assistance services. The second one I contacted spent most of its time trying to arrange for one of their regular service providers to arrange a tow to the required Subaru dealer that was in Duluth (two hours away). None of those regular service providers were closer than an hour away. They were unable to get action from those providers and they finally called Tony's Towing since it was local and they wanted him to try jump-starting the vehicle. Jake arrived in less than 15 minutes after I was notified he was coming. He wasn't able to get it started and then towed my vehicle to my home (1 mile away). We arranged for a tow to Duluth on Monday when the Subaru dealer would be open and he arrived on Monday morning to do that. Fantastic Service! They were extremely helpful with my tire repair! Polite and prompt service. Would and will definitely use again!

I've had to call Tony's towing multiple times in the past when I had a flat tire on the side of the road. Each time, they've been prompt and helpful, offering to change the tire for me, or tow me to his shop to fix/plug/replace the tire(s). I was able to reimburse the towing through my insurance company as well. A+
